TutorTrack Pro is a session and invoice tracker built specifically for private tutors — whether you teach one subject or run a small multi-tutor practice. Free spreadsheets and generic booking apps can log a session, but they can't sell a package, schedule a whole term in one click, or turn completed lessons into an invoice automatically. Holiday and inset dates are skipped automatically, and double-booking a time slot triggers a warning — something no free tutoring tracker offers.
• Student Progress Notes — log topic covered, a 1–5 understanding rating, and homework set after every session, building a full timeline you can review before a parent update or report.
• Auto-Generated Invoices — pick a student and a date range and TutorTrack pulls in every completed, unbilled session as a line item automatically, priced at the subject's hourly rate. Add manual line items for package purchases, then print, export to PDF, or copy as plain text.
