Summary: All Nexior Gray products are digital files delivered by instant download. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, the right to cancel is waived under UK consumer law and no refund is due. We do not offer refunds on the basis of "change of mind" after download. Genuine technical faults are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All products sold by Nexior Gray are digital goods — single-file HTML applications delivered electronically via Gumroad. There are no physical goods, subscriptions, or ongoing services involved in any purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. However, this right is explicitly waived under Regulation 37 where:
Gumroad's checkout process includes this acknowledgement. By completing a purchase through Gumroad and accessing your download, you confirm that you have waived your 14-day cancellation right. No refund is due on this basis after the file has been delivered.
Once a product file has been delivered to you — whether you have opened it, used it, or not — we do not issue refunds for any of the following reasons:

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. We maintain full records of all purchases, download events, and delivery confirmations through Gumroad. In the event of a chargeback claim, this evidence will be submitted to the payment processor to contest the dispute.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed via Gumroad back to your original payment method. Processing times are typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
