PhotoSession Pro is the pricing and booking tool built for photographers who are tired of quoting sessions from memory, chasing balances in a notebook, and losing track of which client galleries are actually due. What's Inside

• Package Builder — 11 ready-made package tiers across 8 session types (Wedding, Portrait, Family, Newborn, Maternity, Senior, Corporate, Event), each with its own price, included hours, image count, locations and outfit changes. Add unlimited packages or entirely new session types of your own.
• Add-On Pricing — 12 built-in add-ons (extra hour, extra edited images, express delivery, second shooter, printed album, USB/heirloom box, fine art prints, engagement mini session, drone coverage, hair & makeup coordination, extra outfit change, travel fee) with quantity support and one-click totals.
• Deposit & Balance Tracker — set a default deposit as a % or fixed amount, and the balance due date is calculated automatically counting back from the session date. Log every payment as it comes in and watch the remaining balance update live, with overdue balances flagged automatically.
• Client Gallery Due Dates — turnaround time is set per booking, so the gallery delivery date is always calculated from the actual session date. A dedicated Galleries tab lists every shoot sorted by deadline, with a Not Started → Editing → Delivered pipeline and colour-coded overdue alerts.
• Studio Dashboard — upcoming sessions, total outstanding balance, galleries due this week and year-to-date booked revenue at a glance, plus a monthly revenue chart and a booking-status breakdown.
• Client-Ready Output — a clean printable/PDF quote and a one-tap "copy as text" version for pasting straight into an email.
• Fully Editable Rate Settings — every package, every add-on, your currency symbol, default deposit %, balance due window and gallery turnaround are all yours to recalibrate to your own pricing.
• CSV Export & JSON Backup/Restore — export your full booking list to CSV for your accountant, and back up or move your data between devices with one click.
