Most grassroots clubs run on a secretary’s spreadsheet, a treasurer’s notebook and a WhatsApp group. ClubBase puts the lot in one place: who’s paid their subs, who hasn’t, what’s on this weekend, who’s on the rota and how much is in the bank. It works for football, netball, rugby, cricket, hockey or any other sport with teams and fixtures.

What’s inside

• Dashboard: active members, overdue subs, money collected this month, the club balance, upcoming fixtures and unfilled rota slots at a glance.
• Members & subs: every member with their team, membership type, contacts and emergency contact. Subs can be monthly, quarterly or annual, and each member shows as paid up, due soon or overdue.
• One-click “mark subs paid”, which moves the next due date on and records the payment in your finances automatically.
• Fixtures & results for every team: home or away, league, cup or friendly, with scores once a match is played.
• Volunteer rota: assign referees, linesmen, first aid, kit and refreshments to each matchday, see unfilled slots, and print it for the clubhouse.
• Finances: subs, sponsorship, fundraising and kit sales against pitch hire, referee fees, equipment, insurance and affiliation fees, with a running balance and CSV export for your treasurer.
• Team performance: league-style tables for each team, worked out from your results.
• Announcements for parents and players, with the important ones pinned.

Private, offline and yours

No account, no subscription and no member data sitting on someone else’s server. Everything is stored in your own browser, with one-click backup and restore so you can move it to another computer or hand it over at the AGM. Set your club name, sport, season, currency and accent colour in Settings.
